Constantinos as a chartered surveyor specializes in the residential/commercial/industrial/leisure market and carries out a wide range of property valuations, development appraisals and real estate consulting.
He is a graduate of City University, London (BSc in Real Estate Finance & Investment) and University College London (MSc in Project and Enterprise Management).
He has carried out valuations for all property types covering all Cyprus districts. Furthermore, he has carried out valuations for litigation purposes (i.e. compulsory purchase, rental disputes, boundary disputes, divorce cases) and undertook complex income producing assets valuations. Moreover, he was involved in the Portfolio valuations of residential and commercial assets for audit purposes by PIMCO.
Constantinos is a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber), the Cyprus Property Valuers Association and FIABCI International Real Estate Federation (Cyprus Chapter).

Panayiotis has an MSc in International Strategic Management from KEDGE Business School (Grande Ecole) in Marseille and a BSc in Business and Law Administration from Paul Cezanne University, Aix-Marseille III in France.
Panayiotis is the founder and Managing Director of “The Expert’s Alliance – Jacovides & Associates Ltd” a consulting firm specialized in the areas of feasibility studies, strategic restructuring and internationalization.
Over the years, with a vast international experience and in-depth involvement with various industries, Panayiotis has become an expert in the analysis of the feasibility of various business projects and the design of optimal corporate structures.
In 2011 Panayiotis co-founded “Feu Vert – Sustainable Energy Solutions Ltd,” a consulting firm specialized in preparing feasibility studies for energy production projects, which are technically highly demanding.
Since 2013, he holds the position of Visiting Professor at Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM) for the “Starting a new business” module in the MBA programme; a course that examines in depth the design of feasibility plans.

Nikolas is a member of the ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber), the Cyprus Land Surveying Engineers Association and is member in Registered Land Surveying Engineers from Land Surveying Department.

Constantinos is a Civil, Structural & Environmental Engineer who graduated from the University of Cambridge (MEng, MA, BA), and he has also completed his Master’s in Business Administration through the Murray State University of Kentucky.
Having gained valuable experience and expertise throughout his professional life so far, Constantinos is an essential addition to our team. He is also the President of Feu Virt Sustainable Energy Solutions (Renewable Energy Consultants).
He is a member of ETEK and he is currently the president of SPOLMIK (Cyprus Association of Civil Engineers) in Limassol.
